One of the kindest thing someone has ever done for me in my spiritual formation is hand me a little tract from the Navigators called

7 Minutes with God

. The content was pretty simple but profound for me as a young believer. The essence was a challenge for me to consider setting aside 7 minutes per day to focus on the Lord. I am a pretty busy guy, but I have a hard time justifying a schedule that does not allow for that small of an investment in what is arguably the most significant relationship in my life. I HAVE THAT KIND OF TIME.
